World Index of Biomolecular Visualization Resources
Web pages offering information on biochemical (and some chemical) structures, with an emphasis on sites having interactive and graphical displays. It is "visitor modifiable" in that a user can enter new information to add to the index, or modify previously entered information. It is maintained by the San Diego Supercomputer Center. Many of the pages indexed require Chime, which can be downloaded from the site, to read the graphical content.

NMR/IR/Structure Tools

BMRB - BioMagResBank
A repository for data from NMR on proteins, peptides and nucleic acids.

NIST Chemistry Webbook
Provides direct links to IR spectra for over 8700 compounds, mass spectra for over 12,000 compounds, UV/Vis spectra for over 400 compounds, electronic and vibrational spectra for over 4000 compounds.  Easy to use search interface (can search by chemical name, CAS registry number, structure, molecular formula, etc.)

NMRShiftDB
Open-source, open-access, open-submission, open-content web database for chemical structures and their nuclear magnetic resonance data.  Provides 13C, 1H and 15N NMR shift data.
Note: The Java VM (virtual machine) and JavaScript must be installed and activated.

Integrated Spectral Data Base System for Organic Compounds
Provides access to mass spectra: ca 20,500; 1H NMR: ca 13,700 spectra; 13C NMR: ca 11,800 spectra; IR: ca 47,300 spectra; Raman: ca 3,500 spectra; ESR: ca 2,000 spectra

SIS Mass Spec Tools
Provides mass spectrum generator,  isotope distribution calculator, mass spec plotter, exact mass calculator, and single isotope version
