Taken from over 200 medical journals, IDIS contains articles on the use of specific drugs in the clinical setting.  

Ovid MEDLINE

Ovid provides a search interface for the MEDLINE database of 4,600 medical journals, as well as fulltext access to over 200 journals.  Use the Map to Medical Subject Heading feature to search by disease and restrict to therapy subheadings.

Pubmed

Pubmed provides a search interface for the MEDLINE database.  

1. Search by disease and the term therapy to retrieve articles on various kinds of therapies for that disease.  
2. Click on the limit tab to limit to articles on clinical trials to see newest therapies being reported.
3. If you use the Pubmed link above the results will be divided into the following:

"English" tab= all articles published in English for the topic

"mercerlib" tab=articles that are available either in print (Check @ Swilley link) or online (Swilley e-journal link)

"free full text" tab=articles that are open access (available on the Internet)
